Think your organisation has work worth celebrating?

The British Youth Travel Awards recognise the organisations, teams and individuals delivering outstanding products, services, campaigns and experiences across youth, student and educational travel.

Before you start your submission, please review the entry criteria below, including who can enter, what can be entered, key dates, fees and judging information.

Who can enter?

Entry is open to UK-based businesses and organisations operating within the youth, student and educational travel sectors.

Organisations with a product, service, programme or campaign targeting youth, student or educational travellers may also enter.

All entries must relate to activity connected to the UK, although parent companies or subsidiaries may be based overseas.

What can be entered?

Entries can relate to any product, programme, campaign, service or initiative delivered within the past 12 months.

A campaign, initiative, programme or product may be entered into more than one category, but each category requires a separate entry form.

There is no limit to the number of entries one organisation can submit.

Judging

All categories are judged by an independent panel of judges.

Entries are assessed against the published criteria for each category, so please make sure your submission clearly responds to the category you are entering.

Entry fees

BETA members: Free to enter

Non-members: £125 + VAT per category

Key dates

  • Entry deadline: Thursday 24 September 2026
  • Shortlist announced: Week beginning 12 October 2026
  • Winners announced: Monday 30 November 2026

Hall of Fame

Organisations that win the same category three years in a row will be entered into the Hall of Fame and will not be eligible to enter that category the following year.
