All award categories are judged by an independent panel of industry experts selected for their knowledge and integrity.

Judges are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to ensure confidentiality and protect sensitive information contained within entries.

Judges must declare any actual or perceived conflicts of interest prior to the judging process.

If a conflict arises, judges will be reassigned to alternative categories to maintain impartiality and fairness.

Scoring is conducted online, independently and based solely on the submission of the entrant.

Judges do not refer to other scorers, helping to ensure scores are unbiased and not influenced by the views of other panel members.

Each entry will be scored by at least three judges.

The organisers will collate the individual scores and use the average marks given to decide the finalists and determine the award winners.

Where average scores are very close, additional judges may be asked to evaluate the entries before a final decision is made.

There is no limit to the number of entries one company can make.

Judges reserve the right to reassign entries to a different category if they feel the submission would be more appropriately judged elsewhere. This may be done without prior notice to the entrant.

All information submitted will be used exclusively for judging purposes and will not be shared publicly.

The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into, and individual feedback will not be provided.

Winning organisations may reference their award in marketing, promotional materials and communications following the public announcement.
