Discounted Delegate Rail Fares with the LNER

Conference Leeds are pleased to have secured a partnership with LNER for 2025, which entitles delegates attending the Summit to a 25% discount on LNER travel.

Leeds is easily accessible by rail and with this exclusive offer from the LNER, travel to the Summit will be both easy and affordable.

The discount applies to all LNER services to Leeds, from England and Scotland. The discount is valid when purchasing Advance tickets; these tickets are typically available 12 weeks in advance and both outward and return journeys have to be purchased in the same transact. Please note the important information below:

  • The discount is available strictly for confirmed Summit attendees.
  • Delegates must travel to and back from Leeds on separate days – one day return trips do not qualify.
  • Traveling must take place anytime on a Sunday through to midday Friday – the discount does not apply to journeys booked on a Friday afternoon or Saturday.
  • The code is for confirmed Summit delegates only. THIS PROMOTIONAL CODE MUST NOT BE SHARED OUTSIDE OF SUMMIT DELEGATES
  • Any misuse of the code will lead to deactivation.
