How do I register for the Summit?

How much does it cost to attend?

Rates vary depending on whether you are a BETA member or non-member and the type of registration selected.

Can more than one delegate attend from the same company?

Yes. You can register as many delegates as your organisation needs to represent it effectively. Discounted rates are available for second and subsequent delegates.

What is included in my registration?

Your registration includes:

  • Access to the Summit business day
  • Pre-scheduled one-to-one business appointments
  • Speaker sessions and panel discussions featuring the latest industry insights
  • Two networking events
  • Lunch and refreshments during the Summit business day

International Hosted Buyers also receive accommodation, local transport and familiarisation visits as part of their hosted programme, subject to the relevant package terms and conditions.

How many business appointments are available?

There are 18 pre-scheduled business appointment slots during the Summit business day. Each appointment lasts 10 minutes.

When does appointment scheduling open?

Appointment scheduling will open approximately two weeks before the Summit. Registered delegates will receive an email containing their login details and instructions.

For the 2026 Summit, scheduling opens on:

  • Thursday 17 September for BETA members
  • Monday 21 September for non-members

Appointment scheduling closes at 5pm on Friday 2 October.

How does appointment scheduling work when two or more delegates attend from the same company?

You can choose to have separate appointment schedules or attend appointments together as a team.

If you choose separate schedules, each delegate will be entered into the appointment system and can arrange their own individual appointments.

If you choose to work as a team, one delegate will be entered into the appointment system and will arrange a single schedule of appointments that the team attends together.

Can I exhibit at the Summit?

Yes. A limited number of fixed meeting and exhibition tables are available.

These are positioned around the perimeter of the main meeting room, providing a dedicated space from which to showcase your organisation, hold appointments and increase your visibility throughout the day.

Yes, subject to availability. Please email events@betauk.com to check availability and upgrade your booking.

When will I receive detailed event information?

The Summit Events Team will send registered delegates regular information and updates ahead of the event, including practical arrangements, programme information and guidance on preparing for business appointments.

Login details for the appointment scheduling system will be sent approximately two weeks before the Summit.

Where can I view the Summit programme?

You can view the latest programme, including networking events, speaker sessions, business appointments and familiarisation visits, on the Summit agenda page.

Can I amend my booking?

Yes. If you need to change your delegate details, registration type or any other aspect of your booking, please email events@betauk.com.
