To qualify, you must complete our online application form. Your application will be vetted, and a number of agents from each country will be selected for attendance. If your application is successful, you will be notified in writing within 7 days of your date of application.

Experience Liverpool and Chester
The wrap-around familiarisation programme is for international hosted buyers and will include 3 nights’ accommodation, all meals and local transfers.
Buyers will be hosted at the Ropewalks Hotel in Liverpool and will take part in a curated programme across Liverpool and Chester, showcasing experiences suitable for youth and student groups.
The itinerary will include visits to key attractions such as Chester Zoo, The Beatles Story, the Royal Liver Building and Strawberry Field, alongside opportunities to explore group accommodation, language schools and education providers, helping you develop future programmes and partnerships across the region.

To Qualify You Must
Be sending youth groups/individuals to/within the UK on a regular basis. Be buying youth-specific tours, itineraries, accommodation, group meals, transport etc. Be able to provide UK-based trade references along with some simple information on the volume and value of your current business activities to/within the UK.
The wrap-around familiarisation programme is a compulsory part of the programme for international hosted buyers joining us in the UK.
