Exhibitor Information & Deliveries

Exhibition tables are located in the main meeting room, allowing your brand to be at the centre of this important industry event. Use this opportunity to brand and display your dedicated meeting table and have your meetings come to you!

Your space includes:

  • One 6ft meeting table in a prime location within the Summit from which to hold your 1:1 meetings

  • Four chairs

  • Space to display one 6ft wide display, or two 2m by 1m pop-up banners

Please note that all stands must be free-standing and able to fit behind your meeting table. You may provide tabletop displays, including tablecloths, brochure racks, etc., to personalise your space.

Deliveries & Collections

Anfield Stadium can only accept small deliveries before an event, as the space is in active use.

Sending materials in advance?

Small deliveries must arrive between Friday 2 and Monday 5 October only.
