Exhibitor Information & Deliveries

Exhibition tables are located in the main meeting room, allowing your brand to be at the centre of this important industry event. Use this opportunity to brand and display your dedicated meeting table and have your meetings come to you!

Your space includes:

Please note that all stands must be free-standing and able to fit behind your meeting table. You are welcome to provide any tabletop displays, including tablecloths, brochure racks, etc., to personalise your space.

Deliveries & Collections

The Anfield Stadium is only able to accept small deliveries prior to an event, as the space is in active use.

Please refer to the venue’s delivery policy and procedure below:

Any deliveries that do not follow the specified guidelines cannot be guaranteed to reach the event.

Please note that the venue does not provide storage for deliveries either before or after events. Any items left are at the sender’s own risk. Deliveries should arrive between Friday 2nd October and Monday 5th October

All packages must include a clear return address for any collections.
