I give tasks their own ‘running order’

Theatre Ticket Sales, People-driven, Fun
What’s one app or tool you can’t live without?
Group Lines Education Rate at a Glance sheet!
Tell us about your role, your journey to this position, and how your work contributes to your organisation’s success
I worked in Education for 20 years before joining ATG Group Line, so I believe I understand the theatre experience and booking process from both sides. I organised trips and residentials for many children. Because of this, I understand the booker’s needs and logistical requirements. Being organised, responsive, and reliable is key, and that’s what helps build trust with clients and encourages repeat business, which is a big part of Group Line’s success.
What has been the most rewarding experience or achievement in your career so far?
Stranger Things had a special Education Rate only matinee performance. Being in an auditorium full of school children was the most wonderful experience. I was a small part of a large team that made this event possible.
What exciting projects, goals, or plans does your organisation have in the next 12–18 months?
Group Line is focused on continuing to grow our relationships and what we offer within the education and group travel sector.
As a member of BETA, what have you found most valuable, and how has it supported your business growth?
The networking and industry events held by BETA have been really valuable. They are a great way to stay connected, share ideas, and build relationships that support both day-to-day work and longer-term growth.
Looking forward to building new connections and catching up with familiar faces in Liverpool at the Youth & Student Travel Summit in October 2026.
