A new format for 2026
For 2026, we are doing things differently. This year’s ceremony will take place as a seated dinner and awards evening at The Underglobe, Shakespeare’s Globe, creating a more elevated and celebratory experience for finalists, sponsors, judges and guests.
Guests will enjoy a sparkling wine reception, a three-course dinner, the live awards presentation, and an evening of celebration with colleagues and peers from across the youth, student and educational travel sector. Early bird tickets now available from £125 + VAT for BETA members.
About The Underglobe at Shakespeare’s Globe
Set beneath Shakespeare’s Globe in the heart of the Bankside Cultural Quarter, The Underglobe is one of London’s hidden gems. This dramatic event space combines history, theatricality and contemporary elegance, providing a spectacular setting for the British Youth Travel Awards 2026.
As a BETA member, Shakespeare’s Globe is closely connected to the youth, student and educational travel sector, making it a fitting venue for an evening dedicated to celebrating excellence across the industry.
For this year’s celebration, guests will step into a fantastical world rich in colour, with theatrical detail and a sense of occasion from the moment they arrive.
Tickets & Tables
Early-bird tickets are now available from £125 + VAT for BETA members, with individual tickets and table bookings available at both member and non-member rates.
You do not need to wait for the shortlist announcement to book your place. With this year’s seated format, places will be allocated in advance and early booking is strongly recommended.
Approximate timings:
18:30 – Guest arrival and sparkling wine reception
19:15 – Guests take seats
19:30 – Dinner service begins
21:00 – Awards ceremony begins
23:30 – Bar closes
00:00 – Guests depart
