Youth & Student Travel Summit

To qualify you must:

Be sending youth groups/individuals to/within the UK on a regular basis. Be buying youth-specific tours, itineraries, accommodation, group meals, transport etc. Be able to provide UK based trade references along with some simple information on the volume and value of your current business activities to/within the UK.

The Hosted Buyer agrees to participate in all elements of the hosted buyer programme and 1:1 business meetings. If a significant element of the programme is missed, the Hosted Buyer will be fully and solely responsible for all related fees (£820 + VAT).

Cancellations

It is the responsibility of the buyers to ensure that they have all of the correct permissions to travel to the UK and up-to-date visitor or business visas where appropriate.

Cancellations will be accepted in writing before the 24th August 2026 or before receipt of the delegate database, whichever comes first. Cancellations received after this date will be liable for the costs incurred (£820 + VAT). BETA reserves the right to charge your credit card. Substitutions are allowed.

Attendees list

The details of participants, accessed via the Marcom eSchedule PRO, are for one-time use in connection with Youth & Student Travel Summit and may not be duplicated or shared with a third party.

Eligibility

This event is for buying products, programmes, itineraries and services suitable for the youth, student and educational travel community. BETA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject an application without assigning a reason and applications will only be considered for acceptance from applicants whose products are, in the opinion of BETA, compatible with the theme of the event.

Your registration

Your accepted registration gives you access to the event for which you have registered. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance ie. international travel to and from the UK shall be borne solely by you, and BETA shall have no liability for such expenses.

The Hosted Buyer confirms that they will not use the Summit for their own commercial purposes by trying to sell or offer their services or products (e.g. advertisements, tours, fairs, itineraries etc.)

By participating in the event you acknowledge and agree to grant BETA the right at the online event to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to BETA includes but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.

You acknowledge and agree that BETA, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the event, including but not limited to, the event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, and time.

BETA will not accept liability for individual delays or system failures during the event and in such circumstances, no refund will apply.

Event guide listing & Marcom eSchedule PRO profile

The information provided by participants in their registration form will inform their Marcom eSchedule PRO profile. Participants are responsible for notifying BETA of any errors or omissions in any data and no liability shall attach to BETA in respect of undisclosed errors or omissions.
