- Submission and approval of the annual accounts
- Submission and approval of the 2026 budget
- Appointment of auditors
- Appointment and resignation of directors

- Date and time of the next AGM
- Wave 2 results of the Business Barometer
Meeting documents will be sent to registered members in advance of the meeting. If you would like to table a discussion or propose a motion this must be received by the Secretariat in writing no less than seven days prior to the meeting.
