This is an opportunity for members to further engage with the work of BETA as we report on our activities past, present and future. The AGM will be held via webinar to ensure all members can participate.

• Matters arising
• Directors report on the activities of the association
• Submission and approval of the annual accounts
• Submission and approval of the 2026 budget
• Appointment of auditors
• Appointment and resignation of directors
• Motions submitted by members
• Any other business
• Date and time of the next AGM
• Wave 2 results of the Business Barometer

Meeting documents will be sent to registered members in advance of the meeting. If you would like to table a discussion or propose a motion this must be received by the Secretariat in writing no less than seven days prior to the meeting.
