Finalised on March 27 2026, the acquisition marks a significant expansion of AXO Student Living’s presence in Greater London and reinforces its commitment to providing exceptional living experiences for students.
Kingston Plaza has recently undergone extensive refurbishment, offering modern amenities designed to enhance student life. The property boasts 130 studio rooms, including Standard, Premium, and Deluxe options, all offered on 51-week contracts.
