Business appointments are a key part of the Summit, giving you dedicated time to meet suppliers and fellow delegates.

All meetings are arranged in advance through our online eSchedule system.

You will receive your username and password on 17 September to begin scheduling your 1:1 appointments. More information on how to do this is available here

Performances take place:

  • Evenings: Tuesday–Saturday
  • Matinees: Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday

If you would like to attend, please contact BETA with your preferred date and performance. Tickets must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Weather: In Liverpool during early October, the weather is typically mild but changeable, with average highs around 15°C (59°F) and cooler evenings of 8–10°C (46–50°F). Showers are possible, so we recommend a light waterproof jacket and comfortable walking shoes.
  • Dress Code: Business attire is recommended for the Summit, while smart casual attire is acceptable for the fam trip, social and evening events. Comfortable clothing and footwear are advised for tours and excursions.
  • Other Essentials: Don’t forget your business cards, travel documents, and any personal items you may need for your stay.

Your Hosted Buyer place is complimentary, and you are responsible for ensuring you have the correct permissions to travel to the UK.

As per the Terms & Conditions, you have agreed to participate in all scheduled elements outlined in the itinerary from 5 October to 8 October 2026.
