Winners Announced at the 2025 British Youth Travel Awards
The British Educational Travel Association (BETA) is proud to announce the winners of the 2025 British Youth Travel Awards, revealed last night during a high-energy ceremony at London’s iconic Ministry of Sound.
Now in their 18th year, the awards celebrate excellence across 12 categories, recognising the businesses and individuals transforming the lives of young people through travel, cultural exchange, and experiential learning. This year’s awards programme saw exceptional growth, with a 26% increase in entries and more than 40 organisations shortlisted across the categories. To meet this demand, BETA expanded its expert judging panel to ensure every submission was reviewed with care, impartiality, and deep industry insight.

Awards Trust Mark Accreditation
The British Youth Travel Awards are officially accredited by the Awards Trust Mark, an independent accreditation scheme developed by the Independent Awards Standards Council. This accreditation confirms that the programme meets rigorous standards of fairness, transparency, and integrity, providing entrants with full confidence in the judging process. Accreditation requires award schemes to demonstrate clear criteria, robust scoring methods, transparent processes, and consistent governance. By meeting these standards, the British Youth Travel Awards reinforce their position as a trusted and credible benchmark of excellence within the youth, student, and educational travel sector. From innovative programmes and outstanding customer service to pioneering digital solutions and life-changing travel experiences, this year’s winners represent the very best of the UK’s youth, student, and educational travel sector – a sector that contributes more than £37.7 billion annually to the UK economy.
A Night of Celebration and Recognition

“This year’s awards showcase the extraordinary creativity, resilience, and passion that drive our industry forward, the standard of entries has never been higher. It’s inspiring to see so many organisations pushing boundaries and delivering meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of young people.

Having launched with a single category in 2007, the British Youth Travel Awards now spotlight the most innovative and impactful organisations across a thriving sector. This year’s winners highlight the diverse ways the industry supports young people in building confidence, independence, cultural understanding, and global connections. BETA extends sincere thanks to all sponsors, partners, and the voluntary judging panel whose support makes the awards possible. Their commitment champions the value of youth travel and reinforces its role in shaping a more connected, informed, and globally minded generation.
